The Yucatan Initiative
The Yucatan Peninsula in southern Mexico is a land rich with Mayan, Colonial, and natural patrimony. This work sought to meet the need of design alternatives to recent interventions that ignore historical and cultural context.
A park and education center was designed for Tabi, a small Mayan pueblo full of children living and playing in a unique environment dotted with natural and architectural wonders.
